     The App may process location information when you select or provide a location for waste collection.

     1.4 User-Generated Content

     If you use our community features, we may collect content that you voluntarily upload, including:

1. Text posts.
2. Images or photographs.
3. Comments.
4. Likes and other interactions.
5. Information associated with your posts.

    We may collect information about your activity within the App, including:

1. Eco points.
2. Waste collection totals.
3. Levels and achievements.
4. Streak information.
5. Game participation and scores.
6. Rewards and redemption history.
7. Leaderboard information.
8. Pickup and order history.

   We may use collected information to:

1. Create and manage user accounts.
2. Authenticate users through mobile verification.
3. Schedule and manage waste collection.
4. Assign and coordinate logistics partners.
5. Display pickup locations and maps.
6. Process OTP-based collection verification.
7. Track eco points, levels, streaks and rewards.
8. Operate games and community features.
9. Display leaderboards.

3. User-Generated Content

   The App may be accessible to children from the minimum registration age of 5 years, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

    We recognize the importance of protecting children’s privacy. Where required, we will implement appropriate parental consent, age verification, parental controls, feature restrictions and other safeguards required by applicable law and Google Play policies.

    Children should not be encouraged to publicly disclose personal information such as home addresses, phone numbers, passwords or other sensitive information.

    Where social or community features are available to child users, we may apply additional safeguards or restrictions to those features.

   We do not sell users’ personal information.

    We may share information with service providers and partners where reasonably necessary to operate the App and provide requested services.

4. Logistics and waste collection partners.

   To facilitate a scheduled pickup, relevant information may be provided to the assigned logistics partner. This may include the user’s name, pickup address, selected location, scheduled pickup information, order information and verification information required to complete the collection.

   The App may use third-party services for functions such as authentication, maps, hosting, analytics, notifications or other technical services.

     Such third-party services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

   We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse or destruction.

    However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

   We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App’s services, maintain records, fulfill legitimate business requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

    Retention periods may vary depending on the type and purpose of the information.

   Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the account deletion option provided in the App or by contacting us at the email address below.

    Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information in accordance with our retention requirements and applicable law.
