Welcome to Plannex India.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Plannex mobile application and related services.
By registering for, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
 

1.About the App

Plannex is an eco-focused digital platform designed to encourage responsible waste collection, recycling, environmental awareness and community participation.
 
The App may allow users to:
  1. Create and manage a user profile.
  2. Register using mobile authentication.
  3. Schedule waste collection and pickup appointments.
  4. Submit recyclable materials such as plastic, paper, metal, rubber and e-waste.
  5. View waste collection history.
  6. Earn eco points, rewards and achievement levels.
  7. Maintain activity streaks.
  8. Participate in educational or mind-based games.
  9. View leaderboards.
  10. Create and publish posts containing text and/or images.
  11. Like, comment on and share user-generated posts.
  12. Edit or delete eligible posts.
  13. View pickup locations through map functionality.
  14. View assigned logistics partner information where applicable.
  15. Access the application guide and help information.
2.Eligibility and Age Requirements
The minimum age for registration is 5 years, subject to applicable laws and Google Play requirements.
Users who are children may require parental or guardian supervision and consent depending on applicable laws and the features being accessed. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the App where required.
We may introduce additional age verification, parental consent, parental controls or restrictions for certain features where required by law or platform policies.
 
3.User Account
Users may be required to register and authenticate their mobile number to access certain features.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account information secure. You must not impersonate another person or create an account using false information.
If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization, you should contact us immediately.
 
4.Waste Collection
Users may schedule collection of eligible recyclable materials through the App.
The availability of pickup services may depend on the user’s selected location, service availability, logistics capacity and other operational factors.
Users must provide accurate pickup information and prepare the waste according to the instructions provided in the App.
We reserve the right to reject, modify or cancel a collection request where the material is not eligible, incorrectly prepared, unsafe, or otherwise, unsuitable for collection.
 
5.Waste Material
Users must not submit hazardous, illegal, explosive, radioactive, biomedical or otherwise dangerous materials unless the App expressly states that such material is supported and the applicable collection requirements are satisfied.
Users are responsible for safely storing recyclable material before the scheduled pickup.
 
6.Pickup and Logistics Partners
Collection may be performed by logistics or recycling partners assigned through our backend systems.
Pickup details may include the collection address, scheduled date, order information and verification information necessary to complete the collection.
A collection may require OTP verification or another verification method before an order is marked as completed.
 
7.Eco Points, Levels and Rewards
The App may provide eco points, levels, badges, streaks and rewards based on eligible activities.
Points, levels and rewards are promotional or engagement features and do not represent cash, currency, deposits or guaranteed monetary value        unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may modify reward criteria, points, levels or reward availability where necessary for operational, technical, legal or policy reasons.
Fraudulent, automated, abusive or manipulated activity may result in cancellation of points or rewards and suspension of an account.
 
8.Games
The App may contain simple educational, cognitive or mind-based games. Game scores, points and rewards may be subject to specific rules displayed within the App.
Game participation does not guarantee any monetary benefit or physical reward unless specifically stated by us.
 
9.User-Generated Content
The App may allow users to create and upload content, including text, photographs, images and other material (“User Content”).
You are responsible for the User Content that you submit.
You must not upload content that:
  1. Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful or defamatory.
  2. Contains sexually explicit or inappropriate material.
  3. Promotes violence or dangerous activities.
  4. Violates another person’s privacy.
  5. Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
  6. Contains personal information of another person without authorization.
  7. Attempts to scam, mislead or impersonate another person.
  8. Contains malicious software or harmful content.
  9. Is otherwise prohibited by applicable law or platform policies.
We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.
 
10.Likes, Comments and Sharing
Users may interact with User Content through features such as likes, comments and sharing.
Users must use these features responsibly and must not use them to harass, threaten, exploit or harm other users.
 
11.Maps and Location
The App may use map services to display or select a pickup location. Location information provided by users should be accurate enough to facilitate collection.
Map information may be provided by third-party services and may not always be completely accurate or available.
 
12.Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
  1. Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or backend systems.
  3. Manipulate points, rewards, rankings or game results.
  4. Use bots, scripts or automated systems without authorization.
  5. Submit false pickup requests.
  6. Provide misleading information.
  7. Abuse logistics partners or other users.
  8. Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
13.Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.
Users may request deletion of their account through the available account deletion mechanism or by contacting us.
 
14.Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the App, including its software, branding, design, graphics, text, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Plannex.
Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the App without prior authorization.
 
15.Disclaimer
We aim to provide reliable waste collection and recycling services, but we do not guarantee that the App or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate.
 
16.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plannex shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the App or inability to use the App.
 
17.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
 
18.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
