Plannex India is an eco-focused application that helps users participate in responsible waste collection and recycling while encouraging environmental awareness through games, rewards and community features.

Depending on collection availability, the App may support materials such as plastic, paper, metal, rubber and e-waste. Please check the waste category and preparation instructions available in the App before scheduling a pickup.

Log in to your account, select the applicable waste category, provide the required details, select an available date and time, choose your pickup location and submit your request.

After you schedule a pickup, the order may be assigned to an available logistics partner. The partner can view the assigned order and pickup details. During collection, an OTP or other verification method may be used to confirm the collection.

You can view your scheduled and assigned orders through the relevant sections of the App. Availability of real-time tracking depends on the logistics services provided for your location.

Levels represent your progress within the App. Streaks may track consecutive days or qualifying activities. These features are designed to encourage consistent participation in environmentally responsible activities.

The leaderboard displays rankings based on eligible activity, achievements, levels or other criteria defined by the App.

Yes. Eligible users may earn rewards through qualifying activities, games, eco points or other activities specified within the App. Reward availability and eligibility may vary.

Where the functionality is available, users can edit or delete their own posts. Content that violates our Terms or applicable policies may also be removed by us.

The App may be available to users from the minimum registration age of 5 years, subject to applicable laws and platform requirements. Additional safeguards, restrictions or parental controls may apply to child users and social features.

Social and community functionality may be subject to age-based restrictions, parental controls and other safeguards. Users should never share personal information such as phone numbers, passwords or private addresses in public posts.

Waste may be collected by logistics or recycling partners assigned to your order. Partner availability depends on your location and service coverage.

If cancellation is available for your order, you can cancel it through the relevant option in the App. Cancellation availability may depend on the status of the order.

We will delete or anonymize applicable personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Certain information may be retained where legally required or otherwise permitted.
